Public Sip & Paint Events
Tickets are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to another person at any time.
Participants will be provided with an apron to help protect their clothes, however accidents sometimes happen and it’s possible that paint might still get on your clothes or other items. High quality, water-soluble acrylic paint is used in these sessions, which is easier to wash off with soap and water before it fully dries. Staining is still a possibility however so keep that in mind when choosing your outfit!
Private Sip & Paint Events
Bookings are a minimum of $580 for up to 10 painters. Additional painters are $58 each. The maximum number of people depends on the size and shape of the venue. Contact me to discuss.
All art materials, table covers, easels, aprons, music, etc. are included. You (or chosen venue) provide tables, chairs, drinks & nibbles. Duration is approx 3 hours.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of booking. Approximate numbers are fine at this time. The full amount is due 7 days prior to the event and past this point, reduction in numbers and no shows on the day are non-refundable.
If needed and if enough notice is given, a change of date may be possible without forfeiting the deposit.
Custom paintings are usually possible with enough notice and require an additional $150 fee (non-refundable) at the time of request.
Art Fundamentals Course
Cancellations with a full refund (minus booking fee) can be made up until 7 days before the course begins.
After this point, no refunds are possible however the booking may be transferred to another person at any time.
Photography
Photographs may be taken at Paint with Nicola events and courses for the purpose of social media and marketing. By making a booking, you authorise and permit images of yourself to be published and used as promotional material. Consent to this may be withdrawn on the day or at any time there-after. Any images of you that might have already been published will be removed as soon as it is reasonably practical to do so.
Consumption of alcohol
You must be over the age of 18 to consume alcohol during Paint with Nicola events and this must be done in a responsible manner.
Damage to Property
Events are held in a range of venues that are not owned by Paint with Nicola. If you are responsible for damage to property (chairs, tables, floors, etc.), you may be liable for associated costs.
Intellectual Property
All Sip & Paint painting designs are original and remain the intellectual property of Nicola Holland, including custom paintings.
Your use of this website along with any bookings made, constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions set out above. Paint with Nicola reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
