Sip & Paint Terms

Tickets are non-refundable, however they can be transferred to another person at any time.

Participants will be provided with an apron to help protect their clothes, however accidents sometimes happen and it’s possible that paint might still get on your clothes or other items. High quality, water-soluble acrylic paint is used in these sessions, which is easier to wash off with soap and water before it fully dries. Staining is still a possibility however so keep that in mind when choosing your outfit!

Photographs might be taken at Paint with Nicola events and courses for the purpose of social media and marketing. By making a booking, by default, you authorise and permit images of yourself to be published and used as promotional material. Consent to this may be withdrawn on the day or at any time there-after. Just let us know. Any images of you that might have already been published will be removed as soon as it is reasonably practical to do so.

You must be over the age of 18 to consume alcohol during Paint with Nicola events and this must be done in a responsible manner.

Events are held in a range of venues that are not owned by Paint with Nicola. If you are responsible for damage to property (chairs, tables, floors, etc.), you may be liable for associated costs.

All Sip & Paint painting designs are original and remain the intellectual property of Nicola Holland, including custom paintings.
